Wiki Leaks holds the spear of destiny and potential strategems of Weaponized data
With the ammount of factual, incriminating information that has already been leaked by wiki leaks, it is now possible to input fraudulent/ficticious information into pre-existing state department cables.

Now why would someone want to do that? Every person has their own idea, or philosophy on how they think this world should be ran. If that person could inject incriminating data on a state or nation that they think disagrees with their philosophy, then it would make it profoundly simple to incriminate those in which he thinks are his enemy.

The lust of power. The wiki leaks cables have become a major headlines in today's news. People can not wait for Julian Assange's incriminating government information, almost to the point of lust. It makes you wonder if Mr. Assange understands the power he weilds with his finger tips. Theoretically, he holds the spear of destiny. He now writes his own history to mold his own philosophical future.

Lets start with existing cables, where you could modify the who, and the who said what. Lets say you wanted to piss off Iran because you know they do not like the United States, and neither do you. All that you would have to do is release a cable that states "President Barack Obama has given the order effective immediatly to release Stuxnet to affect and impair the progress of Iran's nuclear computer systems". With just the right ammount of finess and wording, it would be extremely believeable to the hungry wolves already awaiting.
That was a basic example, a novice wordsmith could spin an even more incriminating story with an even dire negative impact. For instance, it is no suprise that our own President has literally given Israel the cold shoulder by giving aid to it's enemies. It wouldnt be unbelievable for a re-engineered cable to state as follows: Dialouge by President Barack Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, "Obama's Statement" "The real snake has always been Israel and the only head that needs to be cut is Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu". This is just a spoof of the prior release of the statement from Saudi Arabia.
Any of this could be easily be done.
